Its nor really a Quest, but I need to get my sewer item, but my pc went to be fixed, and for some reason, the locator doesn't work on this one, can someone take me threw?

The reason your item locator does not work as intended is most probably lack of files. Sewer item locator is not a single file, so you should download the archive again, i.e. from
http://www.ronincomputing.com/encyclopedia/downloads.htm
and extract it to any folder.
Also I would not recommend even trying to search for your sewer item without this extremely useful utility.
